Collection Options: Customized for You

We provide two collection methods:

• Specific Collection Day: For an additional fee, based on availability, we can pick up your tree on a chosen day, even before Christmas.
• Scheduled Collection: Our most economical and preferred option, particularly when combined with your tree purchase. Simply place your tree outside on the appointed day, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Preparing Your Tree for Pickup

Whether you opt for a Specific Collection Day or our Scheduled Collection, getting your tree ready is straightforward:

• Visible Placement: Position your tree in a spot clearly visible from the street—ideally on the nature strip, though placement near your bins is also acceptable.
• Indoor Trees: If your tree is indoors or at a business location, please inform us of any pertinent business hours for collection.
• Tree Size Notification: Please let us know if your tree exceeds 8ft, as larger trees need more space in our vehicles.
• Post-holiday, trees are significantly lighter, easing their movement outdoors for pickup.

Environmentally Friendly Collection

We take pride in offering an eco-friendly option. Each collected tree is transported to a green waste recycling center or returned to our farm for mulching. For every tree cut down, one to two are replanted. Our delivery routes are optimized to minimize environmental impact, allowing you to celebrate knowing you’re contributing positively to the environment.
