Free metro delivery
Every order across greater Melbourne is delivered at no cost from 22 November to 24 December. Pop in your postcode at checkout to confirm you're in range.
No need to be home
Leave a note at checkout on where to place your tree, and we'll take care of the rest — even if you're out.
Next-day delivery
Order by midday and a freshly cut tree will be on your doorstep the next day.
Mornington Peninsula run
We head down to Portsea, Mt Martha, Sorrento, Red Hill and nearby areas on 7 December — choose "Peninsula delivery" at checkout.
CBD & Docklands
City deliveries run every Monday. A small surcharge applies at checkout to cover inner-city access.
Weekends included
Free delivery runs on weekends too, right up until Christmas Eve — no need to plan around a weekday.
Track your tree
Follow your delivery in real time with a live ETA, so you know exactly when to expect it.
Beyond the metro
We regularly reach select spots outside our core Melbourne Metro zone — availability is confirmed at checkout.
Year-round on request
Need a tree outside the festive window, or delivery to the CBD, Peninsula or a non-metro address at another time of year? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
After Christmas

Collection & recycling

Once the season's over, we'll come and collect your tree between 4 and 10 January for a small fee, or you can book a specific date that suits you. Need it gone before Christmas Eve? Early collection is available for an extra charge — either way, your tree is turned into mulch, not landfill.

Absolutely. Let us know your building access and floor at checkout and we'll carry it up for you.

Book a pickup for 4–10 January through your account, or choose your own date. We collect your tree and mulch it — nothing goes to landfill.

No problem — contact us up to 48 hours before delivery and we'll move your date free of charge.
